Xmas day at my house: going to work at 7.30am, coming home early evening, then hopefully inviting myself over to a friend for their leftovers

Anyway - if I did have a day off I would be cooking all of your wonderful recipes!! Especially all the tahini/brussels sprout/stuffing things

hi Anna, just prepping your delicious roast veg gravy and note that there are no onions in the recipe on your website. Checking that's correct as the one in your Christmas recipe pdf from a few years ago included two red onions (and is so good!).

Grateful for confirmation. Thanks so much, Sue

I am vegetarian and live in Australia. If the weather is over 30 C as it often is at Christmas I would prefer a cold Christmas dinner to a hot roast.

The recipe for the squash and pistachio galette calls for vac sealed chestnuts. I couldn’t get chestnuts so I used macadamia nuts instead. Smelled so good cooking in the oven and tasted good too. It looked really pretty on the table for Christmas and tasted good when eaten cold as well.
