This looks delicious. I'm revelling in the cold, grey weather to eat bowl food 3 times a day. Pasta is perfect and with a hubbies for whom a meal is mot complete without green on it, this is perfect 👌 💚

love your comments Anne and indeed your need for bright colour! to that end I bought a rather loud but brilliant all weather coat in "turmeric" as winter days are dreary enough without everyone wrapped in grey, black or navy!!

and Caravaggio will never be quite the same again to me without a collaboration of Mediterranean vegetables 💚💜🧡❤️🩷

Hi Anna,

Could i double check that all of the kale ie 400g should be blanched? Or should it be half the bunch blanched and half fried in the frying pan with the stalks and garlic. Thx
