Made this just now, and it's AMAZING. I consider myself a very basic/beginner cook and this tasted phenomenal and made me feel very clever! What kind of wine/beverage would you pair with this? I'm a new subscriber, so wondering if you have other variations of this? THANK YOU

Would be great if there was an actual written/typed recipe to go along with this. Pretty video, but very un user-friendly as far as using it to cook is concerned.
